i really do need to get back on track with the blogging thing . . . sigh . . . life is such a juggling act and i just can't seem to keep all my bean bags up in the air at one time . . . always having to stop and pick up the ones that fall . . . (i did learn to juggle for real back in my twenty something's when i had time for frivolities . . . but even then i could only do three bean bags and very slowly . . . i even hand sewed four beanbags for myself . . . time . . . rambling . . . ) . . . so what all have i been juggling lately? good question . . . i don't feel like this has been a very productive weekend . . . maybe if i list my "accomplishments" i'll realize i've gotten more done than i think? let's see . . .
friday after work i logged 5 miles on the treadmill at the ymca while watching oprah . . . then took the gman to soccer practice . . . then came home and got the kitchen clean and the scrappy table under control . . . not too bad . . .
saturday i took the gman to his soccer game . . . then took him to dq (in mt. juliet of course!) for lunch . . . what else? hmmmmmmmmm . . . i did wash the couch cushions . . . ok . . . so looks like saturday was a dud . . .
sunday (today) mcd's hotcakes for breakfast (did i mention i'm supposed to be on a diet), made it to church, wendy's for lunch (i know! i know! the diet! but i did keep it down to a salad and half a frosty), logged 4 miles at the ymca (burning off the guilt), have the laundry almost done, just finished listing 15 items on ebay, and blogging! don't forget the blogging! . . . so far sunday's looking pretty good . . . and a couple hours left to squeeze in a little more productivity . . . so must get back to work . . .
