remember back at the end of january when we had a "snow" day and i posted this pic of the biggest mud puddle i'd ever seen? well, the puddle has reappeared no less than three times this month . . .
gman and neighbor girl have been totally loving all the rain. here they are catching snails on a drizzly day last week. g's sporting his new rain boots. those were definitely a good investment last month.
i really love the rain too. everything is SO green. and it makes for cool photo ops. this is my big boy jungle kitty. more on him in an upcoming post . . .
i do have to say that i didn't so much enjoy the half hour downpour that we got caught in yesterday at walmart. it HAILed on us as we ran to our car. and then i somehow managed to roll down the car window right before another little burst hit. and the car window got stuck that way for about five minutes. soaked. oops.
