the gman was very excited to wake up and find his mother's day plant blooming. i told him i needed to take a picture and he wanted me to right away. and wasn't it nice of pepito to join in the festivities?
i really need to get a new 50 mm lens as i lost the lens cap on mine and the glass has really gone downhill. it's not taking such great pics anymore, but i haven't yet found the $ to replace it. sigh.
one of g's little buddies came over in the morning and stayed all day. 10 hours of social time. the gman was in heaven. they were thoroughly impressed with this massive dragonfly that flew in the open door. i was impressed with all the things that little boys can think of to do in a day. they were busy bees i tell ya.
i was not a busy bee, but i did manage to get this layout done. thanks to my baby niece, i finally got to use some of the tiny prima rosebuds i bought a few months ago. also lots of american crafts dear lizzy, k&co brads, some old pp (scenic route and basic grey) and jbs chipboard frame.
pretty, pretty layout!
