congratulations elisa! email me at [email protected] and i will give you the hook up!
i enjoyed reading each and every entry in the giveaway. you all should read them too if you get the chance. i simply asked that everyone who entered post something exciting that happened recently. i loved the enthusiasm! it's such a wonderful affirmation of the happiness factor in our world.
so i have dusted off this little beauty and i'm ready to get festive!
are you all ready to journal your christmas?! there's still time to sign up if you haven't! i'm SO looking forward to it! i'm looking forward to getting lots of memories in writing thanks to shimelle's inspiration and looking forward to actually completing it thanks to the awesome community there cheering me on . . .
i actually created this foundation three years ago with the intent to do a december daily. i obviously didn't really get started. this year will be different though! i'm excited!
i've made the album myself. it's 9x9 which is another reason i'm so pumped to be including the journal your christmas prompts in it. on my own i think i would struggle with finding enough each day to fill it up.
it's basically lots of 4-6 page hodgepodge sections joined together to make the 31 days of december. i've included a 9x9 piece of chipboard in between each section to make the book more durable.
shimelle's class includes the 12 days of christmas which go past 12/31 to 1/6. also, thanks to sherri making me get the christmas decorations out early and a little tweeting with davinie, i've decided to include thanksgiving through the end of november as well. that means i'll need to add another section to the front and another to the back bringing my grand total to 43 days. can i do it? shimelle says yes! and i believe her! go me go! :)
