i know i already shared this layout here, but I finally edited the background pic and wanted to tell you what i did with that. it wasn't much, really. i just swiped a little gesso first up and down and then left to right to make a slight basketweave look. when that was dry, i misted over the whole thing with maya road hydrangea blue and then stitched on the grid that you see. fun!
